Eliana Smith is our newest Geriatric Care Manager. Her passion for understanding the complexities of aging and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults became the driving force behind her career. Eliana has over ten-years work experience with older adults. Eliana remains deeply connected to the individuals she serves. She finds inspiration in the stories and wisdom shared by the seniors she interacts with, reinforcing her commitment to making a lasting impact in the field of aging.
Eliana is a wife, a mother of two, and a Ventura County native.

extraordinaire and owner of Miss Machine, LLC has been working behind the scenes of Genson Geriatrics Management for close to two years. With the help of Lisa, we’ve implemented all new documentation and HIPAA approved charting. Lisa has outstanding organizational skills, unwavering reliability, exceptional time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition, Lisa has impeccable attention to detail and is an exemplary team player.
